Management Consultancy – Ventured as a management consultant in the areas of Project planning, Detailed project making and feasibility study, Project tracking, Quality management (ISO, 6 Sigma, QS 9000) in Small and Medium scale industries, Auto ancillaries of TATA MOTORS in Jamshedpur.

Services Sector – As Corporate Trainer with ICICIPRUDENTIAL, HDFC, AVIVA in Insurance and Banking sector. As an OD intervention consultant & Soft Skill trainer in various Engineering Colleges, IT institutes, Training institutes, Hospitality industries.

Social Safety Net Program – Group Leader of Government of West Bengal with Public Enterprises Department under Ministry of Commerce & Industries since 2004, the restructuring project of public sector units funded by DFID, UK and successfully implementing the program with speed, effectiveness and continuous improvement. The project is already bench marked in the country.
