After a very eventful 6 years in Sales, which saw him get 4 promotions, Mr Chatterjee moved to Training by Choice. In Sales he amassed wide experience working in IT, NBFC sectors. In the Training front, for the last 12 years, he has worked in IT, FMCG and Manufacturing sectors both in India and Abroad spanning all the levels of hierarchy, Senior, Middle and Lower management positions. He firmly believes, training should not be like the Hero Honda Ad, 'Fill it shut it and forget it.' The success of the training program stems from the Internalization of the Learning and Application in the Work area to enhance his/her effectiveness.
